Account help

TradeWave uses Apple and Google sign-in. If you cannot sign in, make sure you are using the same sign-in provider you used when creating your account.

To delete your TradeWave account, open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion removes your account, vaults, collection data, sessions, sync data, and friend records, except for limited records we must retain for operations, security, legal compliance, or scan samples stored without account identifiers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Scanner help

Card recognition runs on your device. For the best results, place one card in the guide, use steady lighting, avoid glare, and review every match before saving it to a vault. If the scanner is unsure, choose the correct card from the review screen or search the catalog manually.

Scan-sample contribution is optional. If you turn it on, TradeWave uploads cropped, EXIF-free card images from confirmed scans without an account identifier so they can help improve recognition.

Vaults & pricing

Vaults help you organize cards, sealed products, quantities, and acquisition cost. Prices and listings come from third-party data sources and can be delayed, incomplete, or different from the price a collectible actually sells for. TradeWave is a portfolio and reference tool, not financial, appraisal, insurance, tax, or legal advice.

Vault visibility has three levels. Public vaults can be viewed by anyone. Friends vaults can be viewed only by you and your accepted friends. Private vaults can be viewed only by you.

Trade requests

Accepted friends can send item-for-item trade requests using selected items they are allowed to see. Requests can be accepted, declined, or countered. TradeWave does not provide chat, payment, shipping, escrow, or automatic collection transfers; prices and differences are informational only.
